The
Fifteen.

I take on fifteen new New Jersey injury cases a month. That is the cap. Once it is reached I stop taking new files until the following month.

Fewer files means you get me on the phone, and help with the car, the treatment and the bills.

15
New cases a month. Then I stop taking them.

Every injury lawyer in New Jersey works on contingency. Nobody charges you up front and nobody charges you if they lose. That part is not a service, it is the industry.

The Fifteen is about the part nobody handles.

The week after a crash is not a legal problem. It is a car you cannot drive, a job you cannot get to, treatment you are not sure anyone is paying for, and bills arriving from people you have never heard of. Most firms sign you up and go quiet until the demand goes out eight months later.

What you actually get

Four things
nobody else
walks you through.

You get my cell phone Not an intake line. Not a case manager who calls you back Tuesday. The lawyer whose name is on the letterhead, on the phone, same day. Fifteen new cases a month is what makes that possible, and it is why the number is fifteen.
Your car claim, started early Repair or total loss, pursuing your deductible, pushing back on a low valuation, rental and loss of use. That claim moves now and separately from your injury claim, and most people wait months because nobody told them it could.
Working out who pays for treatment Opening your PIP claim properly, finding out whether your policy made health insurance primary, working on precertification before it becomes a denial, and helping you find providers who treat injury patients.
Making sense of the bills Working out what the paper in your hand actually is, getting things billed to the right place, appealing denials, and challenging collection on a bill that may not be your responsibility.
What this is and is not This is work I do on your file and guidance I give you while you do your part. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. Carriers, adjusters, hospitals and billing companies make their own decisions, and some of this needs you to make calls and send me paperwork from your end. What I can promise is that you will understand what is happening and you will not be working it out alone.
The part that matters most

This is free
whether or not
I take your case.

Some people who call me have no case. Some have a case I am not the right person for. Some were at fault and are hurt anyway, which happens constantly and leaves people with nowhere to turn.

All of those people still get the call.

I will tell you what the bill in your hand is. I will tell you whether your own policy covers your treatment. I will tell you if there is a ninety day deadline running that you have never heard of. And if I cannot help you, I will tell you that too, straight away, rather than take your file and sit on it.

Why I do it that way Because most of what people need in the first two weeks is information, and information costs me nothing. And because the person I help today who has no case is the person whose cousin calls me next year.

Everything in these is free and true whether you hire me, hire someone else, or handle it yourself.

What disappears The evidence that is gone in two weeks and the deadlines that end claims. Read this one first. Getting treatment How your medical bills actually get paid in New Jersey, and what to do when they are not. Your car Repairs, total loss, rental, and pursuing your deductible. The bills Working out what the paper in your hand actually is, and whether it is yours to pay.
Who I am

Sixteen years
in these courts.

I was admitted in New Jersey in 2010. I clerked in Monmouth County, spent three years on the defence side, and have represented injured people in New Jersey ever since. I have litigated cases in every county in the state.

I am also admitted in New York and Georgia, and I practise at both ends of the I-95 corridor.

The Fifteen is how I run my New Jersey practice. Fewer cases, handled by me, with the week after the crash taken as seriously as the year after it.

If you want the call

Call or text.

Tell me what happened. I will tell you what I think, whether or not it ends with you hiring me, and whether or not this month is full.

732.598.4469. That is my cell. It is the same number my clients have.

One honest note When the month is full, it is full. If I cannot take your case I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere useful rather than keep you waiting. That is the trade for being able to answer the phone.
