Fort Stewart defines Liberty County. It is the largest Army installation east of the Mississippi, and Hinesville exists around it. That shapes the population, the traffic patterns, and the kinds of cases that come out of the county.

Practically it means a lot of young drivers, a lot of turnover in the population, and heavy commuter flow on Highway 84 and General Screven Way at shift change. It also means that some clients are active duty, which raises questions about medical care through the military health system, deployment during a case, and how a service member's lost earnings are actually proven.

Those are answerable questions, but they are not the same questions a civilian case raises, and they need to be handled from the beginning rather than discovered at a deposition.
